We had TLR rebuild the hydraulic cylinder on one of our Balemaster units. They are great at communication. Got the job done quickly. We had a minor issue show up today and they had a tech. Joseph (very professional) in to repair it within 2 hours! Excellent service!

Great service at a more than fair price. I had brought an old forklift lift ram from a Hyster YF40 to the Escondido, CA location. They were able to locate the required parts and perform the needed repairs quickly. The Staff was very courteous and helped me with unloading my ram upon arrival and when I picked it up. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing hydraulic repair. Five Stars

This company is a great place for all your Hydraulic needs. They work hard on locating unusual and rare parts , making sure the customers jobs are completed with the correct parts in timely manner. As with a lot of the local companies around the Permian Basin all have their ups and downs, if ever a problem the owner will work hard to make things right.

Took a machine there to get the hydraulic ram fixed. Nobody else would work on it. The staff at TLR is great. I dealt directly with president, Thomas Rupe. Great guy. Very knowledgeable. Friendly. Answers all my questions and then some.
Everything was fixed very quickly. The rest of the staff is very professional. Great team. Awesome facility.

I've had multiple situations arise and tried calling multiple company's to help out with the situations however I've been turned down for multiple reasons, Cannot get it done in a certain amount of time, not being able to get parts, not being able to complete what we are needing... However TLR sons has been willing to take on challenges and bend over backwards to make sure we are back up and running with getting the repairs done in a fast amount of time, better than what I expected out of any company. Above and beyond recognition to Kim for communicating with me and keeping me up to date, excellent customer service and that's hard to find now a days. Brought our truck in for service on the system, after spending time trying to figure out the issue, TLR determined the system had been overfilled by the previous owner, and was bypassing to the reservoir. They took the time to look at the issue, and found no issue, just human error. If you are looking for honest reliable service, call these guys!
